1138 Attica is a main belt asteroid orbiting the Sun. It makes a revolution around the Sun once every 6 years. It was discovered by Karl Wilhelm Reinmuth on November 22, 1929.[1] It is named after the region in eastern Greece with the capital Athens. Its provisional designation was 1929 WF.[2]
